On holiday in Hove..... Looking for a good selection of local beers.... Somewhere independent, characterful and friendly.... Saw the Watchmakers on a local listings website and where we were staying knew the folks running the pub and approved of our choice! We were not wrong! Lovely beer on cask and keg from local micros, lovely landlord who was welcoming and knowledgeable, and great pizza that could be ordered in fr... View all feedback.
What Venture296138 doesn't like about The Watchmakers Arms:
I was extremely let down by the fact that they did not have ice or accept cash. I will not be returning! It is disheartening when a business does not offer a choice of payment. View all feedback.
Small brew pub.I tried one of the home brewed beers .It was pretty tasty, it has to be said. it was quite busy for lunchtime. Then again,it was a Saturday.
The quality of beer in this establishment is why it is popular. Only the Foghorn on Boundary Road rivals it. A very pleasant place to spend time. Easy on the ears and pocket.
I really love it, great selection of Ales, and very nice staff.
Very nice little place, very welcoming. Good beer, good atmosphere. A little gem of a place.
It was a wet Saturday lunchtime, but the barman working was very friendly and welcoming. Our cockapoo was almost as happy with the dog treats as my hubby was with the selection of beers!
