Quick stop for Black Forest Hot Chocolate and Yule-log. As usual 1st class drink and cake. Staff very interactive/happy even though very busy this afternoon. 1 of the better Costa’s I’ve been in for some time. Clean tables cleared quickly. View all feedback.

Staff polite and helpful, but... Premises looked tired and run down, and dirty. We had to clear our own table, table was sticky, floor was dirty. . Frankly the toilet was not a pleasant experience either.. It really doesn't give visitors, a good impression. View all feedback.
Sometimes I go to this coffee shop to get a drink and I am happy with drinks, services and personal.
I ordered a heel milk latte and was overloaded, but when it was busy and I was in a hurry I did not argue about that coffee was good and service was fast
This is a good and busy costa with pleasant, friendly and helpful staff. when it is open, the sitting area in the upper floor is a great place to sit and work, with several sockets to go their computer, tablet and phones. in the ground floor is definitiw much more busy and not great for the work or the calls.
Best latte in the city . personal friendly and always welcoming
Service over the norm. it's just a regular costa. what makes this one superb was the service of a chap there called something like cidas- could not be out of its name badge. tall, short brown hair, glasses. if they are his chef and read this, please note that he exceptionally polite, helpful, friendly and all-round nice. it made our visit unforgettable even if it was only a Costa visit.
