What Hunter L doesn't like about Arby's:
For the third time we have driven out of our way to come here, they close at 10. Not only does it say they close at 10 online, it also says it on their door. It is 9 pm right now, and both times before, it was far before closing. So once again, we have arrived at 9 pm and driven all the way here and are being ignored. Waited in drive thru for 20 mins! Hadn't even ordered yet. Ridiculous I understand fresh made but 20 mins and there was 1 car in front of me. Didn't even get food drove off, so much for drive thru more like drive up and wait.
The classic roast beef sandwiches with both sauces are perfect!
I waited for quite a while at counter, no one bothered to help me, even though it was after 8pm. Maybe they should hire a manager.
Fast and great service. Like always from this location..
I want the potato cakes back! Why would you take those away?
