Friendly restaurant warm welcome and helpful polite servers. Clean, well spaced tables. We liked the fact that, although there was pleasant music in the background, it was not too loud. What JeffJeffery doesn't like about Rotana:
Service was friendly if a bit chaotic. Starters of moutabal and chicken livers were good but the tagines were a joke. Both clearly were precooked stews, lacking much flavour. One claimed to be cooked with prunes, the other with preserved lemons but what a disappointment. The fruit was not cooked within the dish but simply added on top. No subtle flavours, simply bland. During our vacation, we decided to try a new restaurant for a change. The food was delicious and beautifully presented. The establishment was clean, and the staff was welcoming and friendly. Thank you for the excellent customer service and the most delicious cuisine I've ever had.
My friends and I went to this restaurant for lunch on a Saturday and we were extremely impressed with the food, service, and atmosphere. The portion sizes and flavors were outstanding, and as others have mentioned, the prices were very reasonable. We will definitely be returning!
