Yummy, Yummy Ice Cream in a cone and a very interesting shop with all sorts of goodies in sweets and chocolate

Good icecream but smallest double serve. Probably smaller than most single serves. Not good value for money.

Fun place to shop and enjoy a sweet treat. Lots to choose from and memories of gone by days to take home and share.

I was absolutely appalled when we visited this shop on the long weekend. Still in the midst of a pandemic, all shops in Bright were mindful of social distancing and keeping their staff and customers safe except this business. As I was about to...pay, a large number of customers entered the shop. It is not a big space and the numbers would have exceeded the ratio for safe social distancing. I asked the lady at the counter what numbers were allowed in the shop. She referred to me a man next to her, presumably the owner, who informed me he didn’t believe in social distancing and he had done his own research! I personally am more inclined to listen to and be guided by the scientists and health experts than the ‘research’ of a lolly shop owner. I cannot believe the flagrant disregard he had for the measures designed to help keep us all safe, particularly given the year that Bright has had. Selfish, ignorant and dangerous. We are regular visitors to Bright and will head to the lolly shop a few doors up from now on.
