We decided to try the date night menu that came up in my email earlier today, and we're so glad we did! It’s a great deal, as it includes a bottle of wine, a salad or soup, an entrée, and a delightful shared dessert. The lobster bisque was fantastic, and although we... View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Mccormick Schmick's Seafood Bridgewater:
1) Our server seemed completely disengaged from our table, making everything feel painfully slow and exhausting.
2) My wife’s desired dish was surprisingly unavailable, but there was a similar item on the menu at a higher price. What gives?
3) My wife's meal was enjoyable, but mine was excessively salty.
4) We had to wait an hour for our food to arrive.
5) A manager didn’t approach our table until it was time to process my payment, despite the fact that we had concerns during our meal. While the manager did apologize afterward, we couldn’t help but wonder where she, or any other manager, was while we were dining.
6) We’ve had great experiences here before, so I’m willing to chalk this up to an off night and a poor service experience.
The food was great. Our server was very nice, but spread very thin. He did his best to keep up, but you could tell he was hurried. The only problem was the screaming mother and her screaming kid at the table diagonal from up! OMG!!! The boy was probably 8-10, old enough to know better and the mother sounded like a banshee! It really put a damper on the evening. Do us all a favor, leave your bad mannered kids at home. We’d like to enjoy our dinner.
Been to other M it was not (surprising-maybe others knew what I now know). Oysters were overpriced and just so-so. Entries were good, but noting outstanding. Maybe awhile before I go back to this chain as there are many other options.
We had the worst time ever there and we have been many times.......the hostess ruined out night..she was rude and disrespectful.........and we told her our reservation was with open table and she did not notify them so we got an email from opentable asking why we did not attend our dinner and WE did......she had frizzy hair and eyeglasses and was on hostess duty at 5 pm new years eve.......she should be fired.......no excuse for her actions!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
A birthday dinner celebration. We had a private booth...so cozy! We started with shrimp cocktail. The sauce is very tasty with horseradish, just as we prefer. Entrees were king crab legs for the birthday boy. They were split so easy to eat. I had stuffed shrimp which was very good.
We felt that for the money it cost I could have gone somewhere else. Pricier than I expected. Service was very good. Food bisque soup a bit salty and scampi a bit flat.
