American Pie - Bridgehampton

Their pizza is good, apps are good. Staff is friendly. But the last 4 times they've messed something up with my order. Cheesesteak with no mushrooms, loaded with mushrooms. Half mushroom pie, half pepperoni, I get half plain. I just wish I couldorder confidently but they keep messing something up. I'm a year round local and order here all the time, thinking they're boundto get my order right. But it just keeps happening.

Rude staff. Rude comments about customers. Rolling of the eyes. Always in their cell phones. Highly disappointed

This restaurant offers some of the best pizza on the East End. The crust is perfectly crispy, without being overly thin. The sauce is fantastic—just the right balance, not too sweet. The service is excellent as well. The atmosphere is casual and unpretentious, featuring a TV on the wall that typically airs sports.

The hefty kid returned my change folded and facing down, which I thought was a bit strange. I left him my spare change as a tip regardless. It wasn’t until after I left that I realized I was shorted a $10 bill. He must have figured out that I wouldn’t confront him about it. It’s disappointing because I went there to save money compared to going to Panera, but I ended up spending more instead.
