Once the power was restored, everything ran smoothly, and the place was very clean. I enjoyed trying something new from the menu, and I noticed the kids leaving with big smiles. I was also able to continue my phone business without any interruptions, and even though I had to set my laptop aside during the outage, the staff made sure everyone had plenty of food and drinks. This place was our first experience in USA. We tried a lot of cafes and restaurants after that, but the warm and friendly atmosphere of Panera in Brentwood is remarkable. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I visited this place and personally have never seen a harder working group of people, I have experienced the personal that is an excellent work at the juggling Mind-Blowwing crowd of customers. they take care of their customers and treat complaining or misunderstandings with gnade. my only complicity would be the kiosk that does not offer the possibility to leave a tip, they should be completely gone with those.
My man and I ordered dinner tonight and when we came home, we realized that an salate was missing so that my man went back to tell them. When he came home, we realized that there were a few pages missing, so I called to tell them. mike (possibly the manager) told me how sorry he was and took care of our order. After working in restaurants during a time in my life, I understand how great the customer service is. Thank you. mike for the great customer service and for improving our Panera experience.
