Creasian Flavors Of Vietnam - Brentwood

After moving out of town and looking forward to coming to CreAsian, we were overwhelmingly disappointed with the experience. We decided to sit outside (mainly because the restaurant was too hot inside to feel comfortable) which resulted in us being neglected outside for 30 minutes before we were able to order. Then we sat for about 45 minutes before two plates of food (out of the 4 that didn?t match what we asked for) then waited another 15 for 2 bowls of pho. By then, one of our plates were already finished. We were then given a plate of pho toppings which included dead basil leaves and bruised limes (see photo). We realized the chicken pho didn?t have the double chicken we asked for and asked that the extra chicken be removed from the bill which was ?combated by the kitchen? according to the server. We still had to pay? I felt bad for the server considering how understaffed they might have been. She was extremely apologetic and tried her best but the time apologizing could?ve been spent being more productive elsewhere, respectfully. Unfortunate to say I probably won?t be dining in again delivery at the most (if they can get my order right).

This place use to be really good when it was under original management. Workers were very nice, great customer service, welcoming and good food! NOT ANY MORE! Poor customer service, rude, food too salty, too oily and they cheat you on ?to go? orders. I ordered beef eggplant w/ rice and my oder only had 3 small pieces of thin sliced beef. It was mostly onions and bell peppers. So disappointing!!! I won?t be coming back.

Love the name, Like the food... Parking? what parking. This parking lot is packed. You may have to park alomng side of the Home Depot. Food was okay. We had Garlic Noodles w/Garlic Shrimp and Lemongrass with Chicken. The sauce on the Garlic Shrimp should be added to the noodles , cuz the garlic noodles were so garlicky. The lemongrass chicken was ok. I don't think there was much lemongrass flavoring involved. Service was good.

The food was great. Very nicely seasoned and fresh. The waitstaff are very nice and polite. I can't stand mean or snort waitresses and I never tip them regardless of what they make. We left a 20% tip even though we were only changed 18% for a party of 6. I recommend CreAsian.

It's been awhile since I've been here. Can't remember if I've done a review of this spot yet. Anyways, the place is not that big maybe about 12/14 tables inside. The food is good but the service is mediocre. The food is like a Pho place they have over 40 plates to chose from to include the soup bowls. There's something for everyone.
