People in the restaurant needs to get some training , this ain’t Jamaica dawg act like it . Went in there today , Saturday the 2nd around 1pm . Upon entering I said hello good afternoon to the lady behind the counter , she looked at me like I was lost and ignored me . I ordered me some curry goat and rice . Why is the color of the gravy so black? It's called brown stew chicken, not black stew chicken, they put too much browning. Curry chicken was overcooked fish over fried. The Owner needs to Get rid of that tall skinny rude guy that's aways in the front with his rude miserable self ASAP!!! You can feel his low negative energy once you come in,he is very rude and very unprofessional and always seems and act like he does NOT want to be there at all !!! My Husband and I have been going there for many many many years Even when the original owner was there and Never Ever had the This disrespectful experience that we had Encountered today !!!!! Even people from around the way that we know has also complained about this one particular employee,most of them go to a new Jamaican restaurant on suffolk ave ,which is exactly what my husband and I did TODAY we walked out of Big Taste and went to the new Jamaican spot and definitely had a way better service ,the food was great and we was even greeted as soon as we came in !!!! Such a big difference !!! I refuse to give people my money that is very rude and unprofessional or let people with their rude negative energy service me especially when it comes to touching or handling my food etc , this is very bad for the owner at Big Taste!!! he is definitely losing alot of loyal customers over this one particular rude employee!!!! We Definitely not going back there,we rather drive down to our Home Town in Brooklyn then to ever go back to Big Taste again...
This morning I walked into my local restaurant. The gentleman at the registered has the only attitude. I been going here for years and never had a issue. This gentleman decides to talk to me like I'm a child. I believe even children deserve respect. I went up the block to suffolk avenue and I'm please. I work way too hard for my money to be spending it anywhere with people that have no respect for customer. The owner or the gentleman that in the back cooking is cool and the female employees are also ok but the gentleman in the front omg . He needs to be trained the right way. Politely greeting and acknowledging customers for start he definitely needs 101 training on that.
