Landhaus Höpkens Ruh - Bremen

We were invited here. Idyllically located restaurant in the beautiful old house. We had reserved it, but it was free Sunday noon anyway. However, the staff is quickly overwhelmed. As a goody from the kitchen there was a really well chopped mushroom soup. The main dinner was sadly sober. Noodles with Gambas a little exciting seasoned. 3 Gambas. Noodles not al dente. The calf carving did not taste at all, there were already x pig carvings more aromatic and the meat pliers. The cake was nothing special. And then it's not even cheap. I wouldn't go to dinner again. For the same money you get significantly better food in Bremen and the surrounding area.

Good day, also I was in March as an invited guest at this wedding party review before We were promised a lot of this place, but were overall disappointed. Since my personal service is almost equivalent to the good food, I would have left the restaurant, but we couldn't do that to the bridal couple. Service and food were the lowest category. I've never seen such a delicate, compiled buffet with such badly costing dishes. Here you have to wonder what the cook is of profession. The men and women with the tablet service can unfortunately not be called, it ran round and the ordered drinks reached their destination only after a long waiting period. I can only say...

As a guest of a wedding party, I had promised myself a lot of service and buffet in the restaurant Höpkens Ruh. Unfortunately, I and many of these guests were bitterly disappointed. The wedding soup was lukewarm. The Vitello Tonnato was made of infinable meat, not as it should be of calf. The tuna sauce did not deserve its name. The potatoes were hard. The salmon fillet on Risotto was glaring and fade in taste. The table top consisted of smart beef in a pappy multi-radish sauce. Unfortunately, the service personnel were not interested in the topic. Too bad that this very beautiful location deserves better food and service.

The restaurant is wonderfully quiet and we had presented ourselves a relaxed and pleasant evening. Unfortunately, a normal conversation was not to think as a neighboring table sat on a damp, loudly screaming cabbage driver group. The operation was ambitious, but overwhelming. Why do I have to justify myself if I no longer want to replace the wine of the menu. The price for the bottle is not justified by 5 times the effects The offer for vegetarians, with semmelknödel and cheese parrots, after a busy day hike belongs more to a hut than to a restaurant with claim. The meat and fish dishes were good and beautiful. The dessert was disappointing, as the crème brûlée was not so promised was still hot. All in all disappointing

As we entered the green-hidden Höpkens Ruh today, the welcoming, cozy ambience has packed us from the first second and led us directly to the restaurant after a very friendly reception. The interior with attention in detail with antique elements immediately made us feel like to stay longer. In particular, the restaurant manager Daniel contributed to this, which led us through the 3-course menu with its loose, fresh and cheerful way. In doing so, he enchanted us with the fact that he was able to tell such small food elements to ALL a “history” and absolutely imparted to us what heart blood and passion the restaurant is guided with. At the top of this absolute hit of restaurant visit was the GENIALE food, which definitely has very high class. Each little bite was perfectly harmonized with each other, was wonderfully combined and served with surprise effect. We have eaten in Bremen as well as everywhere, but Höpkens Ruh has our expectations with its excellent, harmonious food, the wonderful ambience and excellent guest service GEFLASHT. We are new regular guests and enthusiastic! SHEIMPP!!!
