Blixx - Bremen

I travel globally and in the US a ton, and use Yelp extensively with great wins. I didn't this time because I traveled all day, last room in the town, so went in house to eat a late dinner, so I rolled the dice. WOW, so happy! Had a Whiskey Sour, she did a great job with this, so had 2! Ordered a salad to start, one of the best I have had, vinegarette was super. Ordered the chicken with asparagus, chicken was broasted, not dry at all and the skin was crispy, light, and great favor, with just enough flavor wine sauce. Asparagus was cook just right, crisp and season well, and a delicious sweet potato puree. I was veey skeptical when I went to the top floor and no one was there, your lost, it was late and competing with 4+ concerts going on at this time. Service was excellent, chef did a great job the prep, presentation, and flavor. Thank you!

Terrible food for a very high price. Understaffed: in kitchen and in restaurant. Under educated. No social or service skills. Sad. Beautiful view onto the airport tarmac though ;

RUN HORRIBLE PLACE!! The meal looked fantastic..... However, that was the beginning of the end..... The server was absolutely the wurst German Humor ever! After 20 minutes of waiting for my server to take my order I had to hunt. him down to order and the food arrived 35 minutes after I ordered. Looked great, smelled great and had NO TASTE AND MY SERVER WAS NOWHERE TO BE FOUND! So..... I ate the tasteless meal and I tried signaling another server with no luck. Finally after 30+ minutes of chewing the boot leather steak my jaw was tired and I stopped. Finally after waiting another half hour to pay and no one cared to help me I stood up to leave at which time a lady approached me saying that I needed to pay!! I would rather eat rat poison than eat here!
