Managed to come to this beautiful little restaurant, on a very wet night while we were in Rust. Very courteous staff and nice food

This is the 2nd time i have eaten at this Restaurant..... on both occasions i have had NO reason to complain about the FOOD..... My complaint is the SERVICE.........No i was not met with a warm welcome as i was not French...(no offence to the french).....I am however English and my husband is .... BUT speaks FLUENT GERMAN...... We were greeted ....but in French...?? Every time the WAITRESS came to our table SHE spoke FRENCH...??? Even though the place is only 15 mins walk from me ...I WILL NOT be going again.................

Having lived in Italy for many years I am very fussy about the food I get. This restaurant gives you the true taste of Italy. Excellent food. Good prices. Although a little off the tourist track it is always doing good business with the locals. Always a good sign. Giovanni, the owner, regularly comes round to check that all is OK and just have a chat. I will certainly eat here again, and again. Good value, good service, reasonable price. What more can you ask for.

A group of fitness club went and ordered half potions of mussels and pizza. Extra orders were no problem and all were served by extremely friendly waiters. Eating arrived soon enough and all got their orders at the same time. As usual, Giovanni came to welcome us and asked if we were satisfied with the food. On special days, weekends it is good to book a table.

Good atmosphere when you sit outside or in the restaurant. Owner is present to make suggestions for your order of food and wine. Very popular with French people who live on the Rhine in Elsace. Make a table reservation if there are more than 2 restaurants.
