Despite some disappointing meals, patrons praise the friendly staff and delicious desserts. Many continue to return, enjoying the overall great ambience and memorable dining experiences. If you're in the area and looking for a mix of opinions, Briar Rose may be worth a visit.
Stopped in for some drinks and a small plate of escargot! We had a great time on the back patio! We actually came here twice this week for happy hour, and this time around we had the escargot with our drinks. It came out fast, hot, and fresh. There were 6 escargot with a small piece of baguette and it was delightful! The drinks were also wonderful (Negroni, espresso martini, limoncello spritz).
We love Briar Rose Steakhouse! We eat here every year during our annual Breckenridge trip. The service and atmosphere are always 15/10 and the food even tops that! Jack and Steve always provide top notch wine recommendations and are very knowledgeable about the menu. The steaks are delicious and we have never had a bad experience.
We enjoyed our steaks and the cocktails were good. I know this is weird thing to like at steakhouse, but the Sliced Wedge Salad was delicious! Our server was very friendly and attentive. There seemed to some uncertainty over what contained gluten, which is a little unnerving when you have Celiac, but it all worked out! Great atmosphere and location. Dietary restrictions: There were definitely options for those with Celiac, but our server didn't seem 100% clear on those. I'm not sure if it was uncertainty or wanting to double check with the kitchen.
Great dinner and experience at the Briar Rose. Best lamb chops I’ve had in a while. Splurge on the cheesecake, it’ll add a year to your life.
We enjoyed a delicious meal. it’s nice to find fine dining even in small towns!
