Starbucks - Brea

Robert and Liz are the absolute worst. Not friendly at all. No customer service. This Starbucks needs to do a way better job at hiring their representatives. Robert rushed through my order and I waited after multiple people who ordered after me for my last drink because he forgot and when he gave it to me he just slides it and says HERE with attitude. Whole time Liz is pretending I'm not there. I get it, it's the holidays and it's busy but there wasn't a line and there was no reason to be so rude.

Great customer service, the people that work her seem happier, give Bree and hazel a raise. They made my day after my shift at my local starbucks.welcoming environment and inclusive environment. And positive workers.

The girl with green hair was extremely lazy and was distracted the entire time she gave my drink and almost even forgot to take my money. There will still multiple hours left for the store to close,

I've been stopping in the afternoon/evening after a long 9 mile run for a Pike Place Coffee. Totally AMAZING!!? Love this Starbucks it's clean, quiet and the barista's are totally helpful and friendly!!!!Thanks So Much!!! ????
