My family and I had here in the january as a whole at midday, we have achieved in the ground what we have ordered so mission. but the overall process was painful! first the service was slow. the server seemed more interested in chatting behind the unworking bar that served the...many tabs of hungry skiers. second they had no beer. what kind of German ski hat/restaurant has no beer!? third, minutes after the order came back the server to tell us that the order of my wife was not possible for another hour, because the one of them had to be preheated first. overall the restaurant seemed very unorganized and not interested in customer service.

My Family and I had lunch here in January 2017. Overall, we got basically what we ordered, so Mission accomplished. But the Overall process was painful! First, the service was slow. The Servers seemed more interested in chatting behind the non-functioning bar that serving the many tables of hungry skiers. Second, they had NO BEER. What Kind of German Ski Hut/Restaurant has no beer?! Third, 10 minutes after we placed or order, the Server came back to tell us that my wife's order was not possible for another hour because the oven needed to first be preheated. Overall, the Restaurant seemed very unorganized and not interested in customer Service.

You are a great team, very nice and friendly if it is very, very full of you. The food is very tasty and your cocoa and the mulled wine are also very good. Thanks and Greetings Family Blecken
