We all know what to expect from Subway by now, and this particular shop offered a little extra service. However, the lack of enthusiasm from the staff made it clear that head office should work on their customer service. Despite their efforts, the service felt bland and uninteresting.
I recently visited Subway in Brassall, Ipswich and was pleased to find that the sandwiches were just as delicious and enjoyable as I have come to expect from any Subway location. It was a fun and tasty experience, just like always.
I am a frequent visitor to this café, and I particularly enjoy the BMT sandwich. I love the satisfaction of eating something that tastes so fresh and healthy.
Disappointed it's 8.40am shops been open since 7am and I'm being told I need to wait 15mins to have today's fresh bread. Subway eat fresh I'm disappointed.
Subway is literally the exact same fun filled tastey sandwich you get at any subway anywhere ... My visit to brassall in Ipswich no different enjoyable
