The Kitchen - Brantford

This restaurant is a fantastic lunch spot. The food is consistently delicious with a variety of healthy options to choose from. I have never been let down by my dining experience here.

The food is always superior quality. It is so tasty. I love coming back because you are never disappointed. Something for everyone with super fresh products!

I have eaten breakfast, lunch and most recently the 3 course dinner special (25.00 tax included) and the food is 'fine dining' all the way. If you have not found this gem in downtown Brantford yet you should. Everyday has a different fresh pressed juice, which friends rave about ( I prefer a latte).

This place is cozy and rustic and has amazing food. The chalkboard menu changes occasionally, which keeps in interesting. You will not be disappointed with the food. The chef is very talented!! There are some premade salads, sandwiches, and desserts to grab and go as well.

The first thing we noticed at this easygoing cafe was the enticing aromas of house-smoked meat and the daily soup, mushroom and chorizo. Everything's made on the premises, explained chef Brett, with local ingredients prominently featured and freshness a top priority. Our sandwiches--one smoked turkey, one pulled pork--arrived bursting with juicy meat and bright greens. (Our appetites weren't equal to that fragrant soup. Next time! If this place were around the corner from us in Toronto, we'd be there three or four times a week. But we'll settle for a detour to Brantford every time we get the opportunity.
