Kfc - Brantford

I had a disappointing experience at KFC recently. Despite placing an order ahead of time to save time, upon arrival, I discovered they hadn't even started preparing it. Multiple inquiries were needed to kick-start the process, resulting in a frustrating 30-minute wait. Most of the staff exhibited rudeness, with only one individual standing out positively. The overall lack of organization and slow service make it hard to recommend this particular KFC location.

Nightmare for delivery drivers. have done more than 6000 deliveries. I have never seen a restaurant like this. totally not recommended for delivery driver. However, if you are broke and you want to pick up order from this restaurant. make sure you bring your water bottle and food because it’s going to be a long

Always quick service, never had a problem with my order when doing online and picking up. Only mark against is the Gravey is inconsistent. Sometime thick and awesome and other times thinner and not quit as good. Lately ordering ahead for specific time pick up, you still wait so might consider just ordering when you arrive.Parking: Plenty of parking as in a strip mallWheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair parking right in front of building.

Slow to get food would be an absolute understatement here... I ordered online at 11:52am, website said ready for pickup for 12:07. It's 12:37 now and I'm still standing here with no end in site... along with about 10 other

We ordered the 8 piece family bucket meal. They gave us the food within like 2 minutes. I was initially impressed with that. Upon coming home and opening, the popcorn chicken was not done right. It should have been fried/baked more. The chicken was over fried. Honestly, it looked and tated like chicken that was fried and then refried before giving to us. Also, the taste of old oil. Disgusting. It was quite burned. The side of biscuits was slightly raw. The coleslaw was the worst we've ever had. It did not take like coleslaw that KFC usually provides.Overall, the food had no resmeblance to the KFC standards and taste of food that it usually has. This location seems to be cutting corners. I most definitely will not be going to this place ever again. They should not be calling this location KFC. It has no resemblance to their usual standard. Save your self the hassle and go to Popeyes instead.
