Gigi's Pizza - Brantford

This place is completely filthy. I seen the kitchen because I had construction work to do in the back of the restaurant. Trust me, seeing what I've seen you're taking a health risk ordering from here. Also, Lissa - the owner, is a rude individual.

Went there with a friend and ordered a large regular panzerotti. Came back in 25 minutes to pick up. The owner was inside laughing and swearing and making fun of her customers and the complaints they have made in the past while boasting about being the owner. The staff had no choice but to agree with her. This was happening while customers were waiting to pick up their orders. Someone came to pick up their order as they had phoned it in and the owner said that they had not called and would have to wait another 30 mins. She then made fun of them when they left. Dirty inside. Panzerotti was so salty that I couldn't eat the inside and the dough tasted of sugar.

A while back, my neighbor was walking home with something in his hands. I asked him what it was and he opened it up to show me this beautiful Panzeroti!! Ever since then, I've been waiting to be able to bite into this Panzeroti. Because I travel so much, the opportunity only came 1 year later. Finally Tried it out.The dough is excellent. Crispy and yet soft when you bite into it.When you cut into the middle, there is a lot of grease that pours out due to the amount of pepperoni inside.They use an EXTREME generous amount of cheese... Which I think is a great thing!! Most places always hold back on the cheese.Honestly think it's a job well done.

Hands down some of the best wings in Brantford. The pizza is made fresh and our kids love the pasta. It is always busy, so order ahead and be prepared to wait 45-60 min for delivery.

I order two large double crust pizzas with 5 items about once every 6 or 7 weeks. Have done this for a long time. Tonight, they delivered the pizzas with a very thin crust! I gave the pizzas back, and called and told them I want to re-order and they told me I did not order double crust. I would not even bother ordering without DOUBLE CRUST! They basically called me a liar. It's very unfortunate and actually upsets me, but I guess I am done with Gigi's Pizza after many years of being a loyal customer.
