Booster Juice Brandon

I went and the staff was rude to my teenage son. I'm not going back. If I pay so much money for a drink, I would expect the service to be good and perhaps friendly. The drink was amazing!

The sign in the shop says promise to offer an extraordinary customer experience. Unfortunately, our experience was extremely bad. The owner (the customer order) did not even smile while we were in the store (for us or others). She was not helpful and did not seem to want to deal with customers very grumpy. My son, I tried to use a 2 for 1 voucher and she made us order 2 of exactly the same smoothies. The voucher does not give this restriction at any place the only restriction is that the smoothie of the less value will be free. But if they both have to be the same, you don't have to print it. It doesn't make any sense. We never had this problem with a 2 for 1 voucher at other Booster Juice locations. Can you imagine having a 2 for 1 esscoupon for a restaurant and having to order the exact same entree as your friend? When we pointed out that the voucher does not have this restriction; and that we have never experienced it in another place, it seemed to be honest. Despite the fact that the smoothies are tasty, we do not ever plan to this place again. Note the young gentleman who made the smoothie was friendly and smiling to the customers.

Great food in a friendly atmosphere. This casual relaxed location offers the privacy and comfort of home without cleaning.

I'll go in with my friends and ask a worker and show her I have a stamp card. She rolled her eyes on me and rushed to the back when the old lady owner comes out and begins to raise her voice on me because you couldn't use this card on the day because it was a 2 for 1 day and was very annoyed, I even asked. We're just sorry we can't use this during this promotion! With a smile would be appreciated. Since they both get crazy because I asked for a cup of tray and told me that we don't give tablets for people with only 2 drinks. The old owner never seems to pay attention when you go in and when she talks with an obvious friend and your waiting in the line, she simply ignores you. Lady isn't? Not to chat? HORRIBLE SERVICE.

Although the smoothie was tasty I will not be back. Tried to use a 2 for 1 coupon and server had to call manager to ask if I could use. Was told I could be it was too early (interesting as only has an expiry date 3 weeks from now but no start date). When went to use a second coupon was told oh Jesus! . Won 't be back.
