Waffle House - Brandon

Arrived shortly after 11 with a party of four. The restaurant was semi-busy, but not slam packed. After being seated at the bar which hadn’t been wiped down, we started sharing a menu. While waiting for another menu (which we never received), I counted approximately four waitresses and three cooks working. A few minutes passed and we were still without an extra menu, much less silverware or even water. To make a long story short, we waited over 20 minutes for someone to at least acknowledge that we were in the restaurant which never happened. Three parties came in behind us and placed orders while we sat there like the invisible party of four. When I finally told my bunch “let’s go”, not one employee tried to make it right. This is a disgrace to the Waffle House brand !!!

Hey all station in brandon in waffle house to have breakfast for dinner and it was super the meal was very good, the old place needs something dc. but overall excellent service very friendly staff

Frances was my incredible server and she was the most friendly customer service. eating was good, but I will definitely get back to France!

Always to cold in there to enjoy your food ask several times to please turn air up they refused need manager to manage asap !!!
