Waiting for a walk through the memory lane That was as if I had imagined it for years! A bit soggy on some of the lower breads, but I let this slide this time

This Krystals is HORRIBLE. I got 3 items of the PICK 5 and those 3 were wrong. The other items were made incorrectly, the buns had turned into a consistency similar to snot and the CHILI CHEESE FRIES were 1/4 or what should have been in the box. None of it was edible, at all. I had to throw it all away and I got 1/4 of my money back from Doordash.

Didnt receive more than half of our order. Cold, nasty, and meat was gritty. Definitely gone down hill

The burger patties were tough like rubber, and the fries appeared to have been cooked in old oil. It was a terrible experience. Additionally, my food took over 30 minutes to be delivered to my house, despite living only 3 miles away from the restaurant.

I ordered 24 Krystals but received someone else's order of 12 Krystals and some tater tots that were as hard as a brick.
