I ordered Potato wedges. The person who took my order was told why she took order when they don't have potato wedges. My CSR figured to get me potato wedges by going in Kitchen. She ask them to make some. Koodos to her. Thank you. View all feedback.
What Lola doesn't like about Tim Hortons:
Instead of rushing your times for drive thru maybe double check orders and make people feel less rushed. A few times this week I have come for a simply sausage and been given a breakfast sandwich. I can't eat egg and by the time I get to where I'm going it's too late to get it fixed. Not only that but coffees are almost never stirred or made right. Do better View all feedback.

I recently ordered 2 coffees, 3 bagels, and a hash brown through the drive-thru at Tim Hortons. While checking my order on the spot, I realized that the hash brown was missing. I promptly went inside the store to address the issue, and the staff was apologetic and provided an additional hash brown. I'm grateful for their response, as it's often inconvenient to discover missing items after leaving the store. This incident reminds me of the importance of checking orders before leaving, and I appreciate Tim Hortons for rectifying the situation promptly.
Ordered 2 meals for breakfast wish hash browns no hasbrowns but atop that I ordered a caramilk ice coffee with less ice coffee they screwed up the ice and flavour but refused to accept me saying there wasn’t an issue with it then the lady just gave up gave me the syrup and a stir
I was next in line and the lady served 3 other people of her race behind me before serving myself... all I wanted was a coffee and had wait 10 minutes.. I have contacted the Better Business Bureau As this is a trend at every Tim Hortons in Brampton. I recommend McDS way better service and they get your order
