We can walk to Bombay Palace from our factory and when I am treating for lunch my employees just love to get take out food here! We have been eating here since 2000 and the takeout lunch is really good and very cheap! View all feedback.
If you want to experience authentic Indian food, this is the place to go! There is a large buffet with so many items to choose from. There is even food for the children such as pizza, hot dogs & chicken nuggets. So everyone there can be fed.
We were in the neighborhood on business and I did a tripadvisor search for Indian. We were close by and decided to pay a visit. Don't let the looks of the exterior of the restaurant dissuade you. Inside the room is clean and well appointed, the service and food exemplary.
I wrote a review a few years ago titled Bombay Palace is The Best and my boyfriend & I have eaten there since, many, many times. I thought it was time to review the restaurant again since we had the buffet this past Saturday. Adults are $21.99 for the buffet on wknds. It starts at 5pm. We were the first ones in the door, lol! The owner of the business always comes to greet us and the other customer's, whether it is for sit down or take out. He is very friendly ad extremely knowledgeable about all the dishes on the menu/buffet and he truly takes pride in the facility and the quality of the food, its presentation and how he can make everyone's dining experience a pleasure. As I stated in my previous review, the selection of food is good and varied enough and the taste and quality is second to none. Always hot and delicious! Being a vegetarian, I appreciate that all dishes are separate from the non-vegetarian. The vegetable pakoras, the chaat papri, the palak paneer, channa masala, garlic naan, raita, kheer for dessert are certainly more than enough to keep oneself happy and full by the end of the night. My boyfriend loves the butter chicken, lamb vindaloo and the tandoori chicken. Don't forget the mango shakes and mango lassi! We feel that Bombay Palace is still the absolute best East Indian restaurant in Brampton and look forward to every time we head out there. Go and do the same!
I love Indian food and I know that everyone (especially those whose native food is Indian) has their preferance in taste, but this is my fave.
