Adriana was just spot on from when i entered the coffee shop till she handed me the coffee and greet me a good day! Such a valuable team member you’ve got here. My family lives in Halstead but we met here after many months. I like going out to coffee shops and this particular one is not very clean, old carpet with lots of stain, toilet stink no ventilation awful and disgusted with the lack of cleanliness. Nice place set on the main road. Noisy coffee machines so hard to hear when trying to talk to friends, so advise you to sit as far away as possible. Was hard to find parking but managed it as it was a Sunday. Would go again if I needed to meet a friend in the area.
Extremely poor service and incompetent staff. Member of staff put my latte on a tray, stirred it with spoon( while glass was on a tray), put a spoon next to it, spilling a drink and making a mess and didn’t even notice it.
Tried the new Toblerone latte today, very nice plus the mini chocolates are always welcome
The staff seemed uninterested and were not helpful. The food selection was disappointing and many cold drinks were unavailable on a hot day. We left feeling disappointed.
When I first visited this restaurant, the tables and overall cleanliness were subpar. However, there is now a young lady who has trained her staff to maintain cleanliness and provide table service. I will definitely be returning to make this place a regular spot to dine at!
