So I made reservations for Saturday for 6 people and they weren't quite ready but it didn't take long. They had set up a nice big table for 6 and we had a very good waiter who was very attentive. They got everything right and everyone enjoyed their food. The food was great!! View all feedback.

Seating was ultra slow despite reservation. Walk ins were quoted less time than we were upon arrival with a reservation for same party size. Food took at least 45 minutes for a pizza and salad. Pizza was cold and salad was tiny for $18.99. Never got desert that was ordered due to 15 minutes and no kids ice cream should take a couple minutes especially for kids menu). Eating and the waiter were phenomenal. the only problem was that they didn't have it anywhere where I had made priority seats. they don't have my name in there.

The only issue I had was that when I signed up to dine there, I needed to earn 100 points. This was only the second time I had eaten there through OpenTable, and now I just found out that we didn't receive the 100 points. It seems a bit shady.
Later, another waitress came by and delivered our drinks, but she got the order wrong. We simply turned the drinks around to indicate the mix-up, but she accused us of not communicating the order correctly to her. Additionally, another table asked for a bill, and she snapped at them, claiming they had already received it. There seems to be a significant lack of customer service skills in the staff. On a brighter note, our waitress was very polite and helpful, despite dealing with two very rude colleagues. The food was delicious, so kudos to the pizza chef!
