What Zero doesn't like about Caribou Coffee:
I?ve never had a bad experience at caribou until today. I ordered a medium roast with a shot of caramel, creamer and 2 sweet and lows. I?ve gotten the same drink at least a 1,000 times. I told her that it tasted off? she looked at me like I?m crazy and that I was lying. She had it made again and I told her it tasted bad? that maybe something was wrong with the coffee and to try it. Additionally, they make sure to inform me if I have accumulated enough points for a free drink. This is another detail I would likely overlook if they did not mention it.
I ordered a blended drink but only received a half-blended drink with chunks of ice. The staff should definitely improve their blender skills.
I always receive excellent service from the friendly baristas at this restaurant. This has been my go-to spot for coffee, as the employees are usually very kind. However, I had a negative experience with a barista named Chloe at the window. She was extremely rude and did not deserve a tip. I hope she sticks to working in the back and not interacting with customers, as her behavior could potentially drive business away.
I always had a wonderful experience at Caribou before today. The staff at the drive-thru window were rude to me when I asked for a cup of ice that I had ordered. Instead, I was given a glass of water and told that they don't provide large cups of ice for free. I was not happy with how I was treated and may reconsider giving them my business in the future.
