Vegan options available, there are also plant milks.
Beautiful cafe for a small town, it is not vegan, but had several interesting vegan dishes and vegan optional dishes marked on the menu. Our food was really good and enough to fill you for not too expensive prices. Best if we offered ourselves for a vegan choice dish the staff to replace a non-vegan item with something else, and I don't think we were charged extra for it (yes I know this should be usual, but we had a lot of experiences where they remove the egg and cheese and load the same! . There were several plant milk to choose and the coffee was very good. The staff was friendly and helpful and we also liked the decor. I would recommend this place if you are in town or go through.
The Albion stood out as the only establishment in Braidwood offering substantial vegan meal options, beyond just salads and chips. We enjoyed dishes such as roasted cauliflower and chickpeas with flatbread, as well as a broccoli and black rice salad with miso dressing. Both dishes were incredibly tasty! The restaurant's quaint building, funky interior, and excellent service added to the overall experience. Additionally, they had vegetable milk on hand and served good coffee.

The Albion in Braidwood stands out as the go-to spot for satisfying vegan dishes - not just salads and chips. We indulged in roasted cauliflower and chickpeas served with flatbread, as well as a broccoli and black rice salad drizzled with miso dressing. The flavors were absolutely fantastic! The restaurant had a charming building, trendy decor, and attentive service. They even offered plant-based milk options and served up a tasty cup of coffee.
