Wibsey Spice - Bradford

This was our second time ordering from this restaurant, and we were once again blown away by the amazing food and exceptional customer service! I randomly ordered some extras (toppings and filled crust) on my pizza tonight, and despite the place being busy with orders, our pizza was still ready in just 15 minutes and piping hot when we picked it up. I made a quick call to let them know about the extras, and they were incredibly apologetic about the mix-up. I mentioned that I was more than happy with the food but would appreciate a refund for the extras if possible. To my surprise, half an hour later, the manager called to apologize again, and just ten minutes after that, he showed up at my door with the refund—on a Saturday night, no less! The service is truly impressive. This is definitely our new go-to for takeout now that we live nearby!

The man who took my order was very polite and had no issue with my request for a moment to look over the menu. I ordered an 11-inch stuffed meat pizza, along with chips and a Diet Pepsi. Although it’s a small place right on the main street, Wibsey Spice is a lovely little restaurant. My meal arrived in a timely manner, and I enjoyed every bite. Personally, I would have preferred a bit more cheese in the stuffed crust, but that's just my preference. I will definitely order from here again!
