What Chris doesn't like about Chan's Kitchen:
Can be a bit hit and miss depending on what you order, we find if you avoid anything with beef and the starters you're generally good (the duck starter is good). Some good tasty dishes but the inconsistency based on your selection means it's 3 stars. Stick by my rules and you'll be good. View all feedback.
I had put an order over just eaten, but no confirmation received, so arranged the load. they spent time tracking the order down, I found mistakenly used the next day on the order and sort it out for me, ringing me to let me know what was happening and then delivering the order really fast. the food was good and they really went the extra mile with the service
Excellent eating that was hot. the quality was good. the delivery was a bit over when you were expected, so a star fell. very satisfied with the service.
Ordered a takeaway 14/10/23 at 7.30pm to be delivered. They said it would be a 1 hour wait. After repeatedly chasing after 1 hour food eventually arrived at 9.30pm cold. Whst a waste of £50 never again.
Great customer service, staff really friendly. We didn't have to wait too long for our food and the food was really lovely. Would recommend anyone to try Chans Kitchen the next time you're in Bingley
