The menu features a variety of dishes, including the popular shrimp Diablo Pasta and grilled chicken with bacon sweet sauce. While some reviewers noted higher prices, the experience was still considered worth it for the views and atmosphere. The service was generally friendly, despite some minor issues with short staffing. Overall, the restaurant is recommended for those looking for a great dining experience with a beautiful beach view.
What a great place to share a pitcher of cold beer and watch a beautiful sunset. The food was pretty good. I ordered the shrimp Diablo Pasta and it had a great kick. My partner ordered the shrimp plate that came with soggy Broccoli. Otherwise it was delicious. Our server Brandon was super friendly and efficient. I would rate this restaurant higher, except for the prices that are somewhat steep. I am sure the location is a reason for the higher prices, but honestly there are many restaurants at Anna Maria Island with a great view. Nevertheless, it was worth the visit.
I had a wonderful time here. A breathtaking view of the sunset and the food that was enormous. The Shrimps Diablo Pasta had a heat on it that wanted me more. Although the outer landscape had a disadvantage. I was quite literally bombarded by a gull. A wing hit me on the head when he dipped to steal a chicken finger from my daughter's plate (which was too busy playing in the sand to eat her dinner). In retrospect, although I would probably not change the experience, because now I have a funny story to go with the great dinner. The staff was also super friendly. I recommend this facility!
This is a beautiful place for a great breakfast! The staff was helpful with suggestions and they have it right! Make sure you get the island French toast. I'm so glad I ordered this!
Love starts our morning with breakfast on the beach if our schedule allows. With our experience we came to the Gulf Drive Cafe today. Great view, a lot of seating we could hear how the staff enjoyed the music that played. ? The French toast island was very good, like the Omelet my husband had. Prices were what we expect on the beach. We'll come back, but I'll skip the Moimosa next time, not worth $9 in my opinion. FYI... you park over the street for this restaurant.
Food was great I got a grilled chicken, way bigger than I expected. They have a bacon sweet sauce with onions it is DELICIOUS! Drinks from the bar weren?t to crazy, didn?t have much alcohol. Their cups were pretty small. If you?re like me and you?re trying to drink one drink with your meal, make sure it?s a drink that comes in a big glass. Outside dining was pretty nice. The birds walking around on the ground don?t distract from the beautiful beach view too much. Would definitely go again.
