The spicy was absolutely so greasy, it was inedible. I soaked up 5 napkins it was still so greasy, I couldn?teven begin to eat it!! Plus, it?s suppose to be $5.00 for each bowl they charged us $5.49. Very nasty very disappointed!!

My husband and I decided to share the large fries, but they didn't quite seem like a large portion. Also, the girl at the window was a bit snippy.

Usually, when I pay,... read more Had an extremely disappointing experience today. I placed a $15 order with dip-able items like the new cheese curds and chili cheese fries. Usually, when I pay, the staff ask if I need any sauces since these foods obviously go with dips, not just sandwiches. However, the lady at the drive-thru refused to give me two sauces without charging extra. I asked multiple times and explained that I typically get them for free with my order, which includes cheese curds and fries. She insisted that free sauces are only given with tenders, which has never been the case before. She kept refusing and told me to either pay $1 or just settle for ketchup. Her attitude was really off-putting and cheap. They need to reconsider their staff or they’ll keep losing customers. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning. Other drive-thrus are much better and don’t charge $1 for two small sauces. It’s disrespectful to charge for something so minor, especially when I order a lot and come almost every day.

I’m losing sales b... read more Why is the KFC lobby still closed? You can’t keep using COVID or staffing as an excuse anymore—every other fast food place around me is open. I’m losing sales because I don’t want to stay inside; I just want the chicken! My truck is too big for your drive-thru. I’m taking my business to Albertsons, even though I’d much rather enjoy KFC’s menu.
