I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. The service was terrible, and it seems that the staff didn’t understand basic requests. I just went through the drive-thru and ordered a coffee. My daughter saw something on line that she wanted to try. I told the barista. And BAM!! She made it happen and made my 8 year old VERY HAPPY thank you !
Really enjoy this Starbucks. Everyone is very friendly. However, I need to comment on this that I have dined in twice over the last week and both times were around 8am. Almost every table was filled with crumbs. Proving they clearly are not disinfecting tables between customers. My passport got glanced at but no way was actually checked properly. A lady came right in and sat from the front doors before ordering. Emptying her pockets with dirty used masks and laying all over belongings before passport being checked. The dining should be blocked off and a better system for cleaning tables after each person leaves. The washroom was also disgusting both times. Garbage over filling with paper towels, toilet and sink both dirty. Again, this is at 8 am only two hours after they have opened. This is days or weeks of filth, not two hours worth. Starbucks, you're better than that. We're in a pandemic.
This location seems to go down hill in the fall. Seems to be training central. Very disappointing, spent over 5min talking to the barista, placing my order and loading my card. Only learn that nothing I spent my time doing was inputted. Then I treated poorly when I questioned why this happened. Response is shes training... ok 100% then stay with her till shes trained.
