Zaxby's Chicken Fingers Buffalo Wings

At the moment the lobby is closed due to personnel problems, but this restaurant and her team deserve praise and more staff, because with only 4 people they were still friendly, got me my food and didn't mess it at all. This is something with which most restaurants also fight on slow days to supplement this, the order was a family package, so it was not small when you ask me that this place is worth the stop when you are sitting by a drive that is wrapped around the building. I hope they get more staff because they could use it, it was definitely worth the stop

Zaxby's is and was always one of my favorite places to eat. It has high quality food, service, atmosphere and fair prices for the available food. Personally, I always love the food and can't even remember a time when I ever complained or had to give something back. It's phenomenal above the board!

Zaxbys is my family's favorite chicken place. We order the family meal with stripes and take it home once a week. Definitely recommend that you have not tried before

We’ve stopped by Zaxby’s drive-thru on Scottsville Road for several years and always ordered a Garden House Salad with two eggs added. (We are vegetarians). Today my husband ordered it as usual and was told they don’t have eggs. Then the order taker said hold on a minute. Then she came back and said they do have eggs. When he got home the salad had bacon on it. I called Zaxby’s and spoke with two people, one who I assume was a manager, and they both insisted he ordered a Cobb salad which has bacon on it. I asked “why would he suddenly do that after several years of ordering the house salad with two eggs”? The manager said “I have no idea why people do what they do, but he ordered a Cobb salad. Not only were they both wrong, but it was very poor customer service. We’ve always had good food and service there, and this was the first time we’ve had any interaction with an employee and manager who has absolutely no customer service/problem solving skills.
