Tried to order delivery twice now. Both times I was called and told they don't have a driver. One was a Friday night and the other was a Sunday afternoon. Do they not have drivers at all now? If delivery isn't an option then turn off deliveries.Service: 1/5

Advertised waffle fries, got regular french fries. Specified that we wanted sauce on the side for 3 of the 4 things we ordered. Got sauce on everything. Staff was incredibly rude when we picked up the food. Quality of the food has gone downhill in the last few yearsFood: 2/5

Delivery is free which is cool. But the meal I ordered was 21 bucks. I got 8 chicken nuggets (use to get actual tenders) and a small fry (use to actually get a full order) with a can of pop. Not really worth it at all. Back in the day it was way better. But anymore... mediocre with a small portion size.

Ordered from here twice and both were terrible experiences. First time was august of 2022 and I waited almost 1 hour in the store for my food and the workers were just laughing in the back at me. Second time I delivered food and it took 2 hours !!! I forgot I even ordered it and every time I called them about my order they kept telling me “15 minutes” 4 times. I asked to just cancel my order since it was 4 am and still didn’t have my order and they told me they can’t cancel the order. When the food finally came it was cold and soggy. Horrible place and horrible experience too.
