What User doesn't like about Firehouse Pizza:
One minor issue: I was a bit annoyed because I paid for pickles on my pizza, and there weren’t any. Everything else was perfect, though, and they even remembered to bring the drinks they had forgotten! The delivery person was really nice too! View all feedback.
Best place in bowling green to get a late night pizza.
Friendly staff, food is great, and they are pet friendly! Simba loved waiting for our food because they gave him treats! After trying the food and experiencing first hand the love they have for their food and customers I will definitely be coming back.
Was pretty disappointed that the garlic Parmesan boneless wings were just chicken nuggets with cheese sprinkled on top.
While staying at a nearby hotel my friend and I placed a simple order by phone....medium supreme pizza and two 20oz Dr. Pepper sodas. Employee on the phone said it would be approximately 45 min. After one hour and thirteen minutes there was a knock at the door, it was the delivery driver holding one Dr. Pepper and a pizza that was terrible...soggy and flavorless with crust that tasted like the cardboard it was delivered on. Staff was polite and driver apologized when I pointed out there was only one soda and the pizza was very late. I do not recommend this restaurant.
Love this place and their amazing staff! The best customer service I’ve experienced and the food is out of this world! The manager Stephanie is awesome. 10/10 would recommend this wonderful establishment.
