everyone here is so warm and helpful! very well informed about the products and most employees have tried most of them so that they can suggest them first hand about the product or others. View all feedback.
I was a bit disappointed recently when I couldn't find bulk organic kelp powder, which they used to carry. The kelp supplements they had weren't organic, and when I inquired, they mentioned they had stopped selling it in bulk but could order a pound for me. So, I ended up getting some organic kelp granules from the spice section as a temporary fix until I can find the powder elsewhere. They do offer to order items, but usually in larger quantities, like by the case. Most of the time, the employees have been respectful and have addressed any concerns I've had. I appreciate that they offer to carry your groceries to your car if they aren’t too busy. They also have a good return policy; just keep your receipt if you want to return something. One tip: always double-check your receipt to ensure you weren't overcharged, as I've had that happen a couple of times (which honestly seems to happen at most stores around here for sale items or partial cases). Overall, I highly recommend MOM's!
The staff here is incredibly friendly and attentive! They have a wealth of knowledge about the products, and most of them have personally tried many of the items, allowing them to provide firsthand insights and suggestions.

Take a look at their refrigerated section for ready-made sandwiches, desserts, and other items. They also have a good selection of groceries.
I was a bit disappointed recently when I couldn’t find loose organic kelp powder, which they used to sell in bulk. The kelp supplements available were not organic. The staff informed me that they could no longer sell it in bulk but could order a pound for me. So, I ended up getting organic chop granules from the spice section. It wasn't exactly what I wanted, but it was the only option I had at the moment until I could find the organic kelp powder elsewhere. MOM is willing to order items for you, but usually, it has to be in bulk or by the case. Most of the employees were respectful and addressed any issues I had. If they’re not too busy, they may even help you carry your groceries to your car. If you purchase something and decide you don’t like it, keep your receipt; you can return items within a certain timeframe. I recommend keeping an eye on your receipt to avoid any accidental overcharges, as I've had that happen a few times—this seems to be a common issue at many stores in the area, like being charged for a case when you only took half a case or for sale items. Overall, I highly recommend MOM.
