They do offer to order items, but usually in larger quantities, like by the case. Most of the time, the employees have been respectful and have addressed any concerns I've had. I appreciate that they offer to carry your groceries to your car if they aren’t too busy. They also have a good return policy; just keep your receipt if you want to return something. One tip: always double-check your receipt to ensure you weren't overcharged, as I've had that happen a couple of times (which honestly seems to happen at most stores around here for sale items or partial cases). Overall, I highly recommend MOM's!
