An excellent local sell good real ales and nice good value eat. stone flag floor and open fire with many pub memorabilia decorating the walls.

Popped in for lunch while passing through Bow village. Very friendly staff, very welcoming as soon as we stepped in. Food was lovely and all homemade. I had a Cheese Burger and my wife had Lasagne. We can recommend both. Portions are plentiful. Very interesting bits and bobs and period features in the 16th century pub. We would certainly recommend it and will definitely return when next in the area.
