Staying in Baskerville Retreat just behind the hotel which has been converted to a holiday cottage. What a lovely place and a great week I've had with my German Sheppard Ziggy. We've been out and about enjoying all the great walks. The Cottage is lovely and I hope to return with the family once the cottage next door is finished and ready for rental. Very friendly and helpful owners. Would highly recommend. View all feedback.
What isabella baars doesn't like about The Edgemoor Dartmoor:
No service, no quality, cheap toilet roll, and toiletries £130.00 per night for supposed luxury rooms with views over rusty, nasty back of buildings. All 5 stars reviews from previous owners. Great location close to the moor, dog friendly, staff and food was excellent. Our dog is 'work in progress ' and the staff were brilliant and accomodating. Wouldn 't hesitate to go back.

Outstanding service, what a wonderful gorgeous hotel with the most comftable bed I have ever known. And the breakfasts each and every day was scrumptious.and all the staff so kind polite friendly and always happy to help when needed,. Great car park space even for out big old volvo limo will deffinatly be back in the future.
