Our third visit here and the place was heaving with people which is amazing as it's in the middle of nowhere and it was Thursday lunchtime.Lots of workmen, groups of locals and us the token Brits ! The usual format is Soup, Entree , Main, Cheese , Dessert for €13 it's all very nice, home cooked with a little bit of Flair as the proprietor/ chef clearly loves what she does and likes to see satisfied customers . The usual format is Soup, Entree , Main, Cheese , Dessert for €13 it's all very nice, home cooked with a little bit of Flair as the proprietor/ chef clearly loves what she does and likes to see satisfied customers . Typical starters are mixed leaf salad with bacon and a fried egg ( not as odd as it sounds as you puncture the egg and treat it as additional dressing ) Steak Frite for main and tart or ice cream for dessert . Exceptional value even by French standards as their food always has a little " extra"
