I used to say I ran on dunkin. I would stop at dunkin at least 1x a day. But now that they changed their rewards program and really screwed the loyal customers like me. I don't stop every morning now. I'm stopping at wawa or quick check or I'm making at home or work. The dunkin I would frequent the most are great people and great service. Good service, but sometimes not fresh, you need to early to get it
Final nail in the coffin of why I’m not coming back here anymore. When they don’t have what you ordered through mobile they always make you stand there like a fool for 10 minutes before letting you know they don’t have it. Today that happened and I was late for work because of it, despite ordering 10 minutes ahead of time on mobile. One time I asked for a peppermint mocha iced latte and the guy asked me to repeat my order 5 minutes after waiting in the pick up.. he walked away before the full order and gave me a caramel latte. I told him it looked wrong and he insisted it’s peppermint mocha. I took a sip and before the words even left my mouth he said he’d put the syrup in. He didn’t bother to remake it, just straight up poured peppermint mocha in with the caramel. Always a problem with this Dunkin, they need to get it together. I’m not coming back for a long time
Duncan coffee and hash browns and donuts etc etc are my favourite. The casual ambiance like coffee shops is another thing to mention here.
Stuffs are not respective, need more training for better customer
Im very picky about which dunkins i order from. this one however is one of the better ones. service is quick, orders accurate.
