Excellent culinary experience! Stop eating on arrival to the city for a live music event... I had the rosemary chicken sandwich, and my guest had the strawberry cream cheese pancake...both superb. Rosemary chicken sandwich was grilled chicken...Arugula, avocado on a roasted sesame seeds / black sesame seeds bread...very creative...fantastic pairing...bravo! View all feedback.

Very disappointed in the quality of the food. Wives Prime Rib was tough and bland. My bison steak was too tough to chew. The last bad steak I had was at Frank's Chop House in Boulder last May. We learned tonight that Frank's closed down and some of thestaff moved here. Coincidence? Doubtful we'll return since there are lots of really good steak houses around and dropping $50for a bland, tough prime rib is silly. Howe... View all feedback.

Very nice dinner. Loved the fresh trout, but the scallops were by far my favorite though, so much taste. The atmosphere is beautiful, you can tell its historical. Anyway, I'd eat here again!
Excellent food in a historic hotel with a lot of atmosphere. The carrot cake pancakes are well balanced and delightful.
Best meal I had in a while. The experience on the farm and fish was very unexpected. The decor inside is very simple and gives the impression of a more casual farewell experience it was anything but. We enjoyed our Crudo appetizer, which was balanced and tasteful. For our entrees we enjoyed the scallops and seabass...both divine. Recommend especially if you like us and look for a place near the theatre. I also mentioned that we were able to hear the live jazz on Friday in the neighboring hotel lobby. And our waiter was fantastic and made great recommendations.
This is in the historic Boulderado Hotel. We had lunch here. The food is excellent, our waiter was very friendly and knowledgeable, and we really enjoyed the experience. The prices seemed a little high, but that's true everywhere you go for lunch now.
