I did not know much about Acadian cuisine, but this was a good intro. Both my wife and I ordered the frisot de dinde which is a very thick soup. Very tasty but not very spicy. The rest of the menu looked good but we were not overly hungry.Service was very friendly and the price was good. What User doesn't like about Restaurant la Sagouine:
The only thing that I can say positive about this restaurant is that the waitstaff was excellent. I order the Fish Dinner at $10:99 and received 25 fries (including the broken ends) and three EXTREMLY small pieces of under cooked slimy battered fish.
