What a gem of a place! The French toast was generous and tasty. The bacon was crisp, as requested. The server was fantastic. One suggestion would be to stay on top of coffee refills, but it was a lower priority for us, in these days of short staffs. Oh, and save room for some pastry to go! You might even be talking to the baker. She's been up since the wee hours! View all feedback.
What Grant Martin doesn't like about Family Bakery & Restaurant:
the amount of food is enough to feed a large man. that was great. the price was tempting to return. everyone should really stop here and enjoy the great food and the atmosphere. View all feedback.

Take away great donuts and brote. it looks to have a busy breakfast / a lot
OMG, what a series of cases packed with fresh baked goodies confronting us soon as we walked in the door. Talk about feeling again like a little kid in a candy story. Incredible, and the few items we took with us were delicious! The hot breakfast special we sat down to was just as wonderful and left us wanting for nothing. Service was quick and provided with a smile. She even brought me a pot filled with coffee for our table-no waiting for refills. No wonder the parking spaces out front were filled.
Good food, good donuts, slow service from food ordered to food put on table.
On this day service was slow. 10 mins to the table and 30 min wait for food. Fries were lukewarm and my cheeseburger was overly well done not a good experience!
