Poor customer service during my evening visit, as we waited for more than five minutes without any employee noticing us, and when we asked to speak to the manager, she claimed to be the manager. We left to spend our money elsewhere.

Addit... read more I've visited this restaurant before with my mother and my wife, but during our most recent visit, we had to wait over 45 minutes for a single large pizza. Additionally, we had to ask for water, as it wasn't offered or refilled throughout our meal. The pizza itself was disappointing, and it seems both the food quality and service have declined over the past year. Next time, I'll opt for Brooklyn Brothers instead; at least the 45-minute wait would feel justified, especially considering the pizza was $30.

My sports teams and their families have had our pizza parties there and always have had the best time! Food business is hard and ever changing. People need to have some understanding of what it takes to run a business. Please do not use reviews as a way to leave your day job and become a fly by night food critic. If at one time you went there and had an “ok” experience just leave that your self. No need to try and tear down a place because you feel like you have to because you think the world needs your opinion. The next time you think you need to share your disappointment think about if you’d like feed back on your next bbq. How you’d feel after prepping all day for friends to come over and enjoy your food just for someone to say “burgers were bland, potato salad and to much mayo, meat was over cooked.” These are peoples lively hood.
