I tried the beef samsa and the beet salad at Urban Craft this weekend. While I thought the beef pie could have been improved just a bit by using diced beef rather than ground, the flavor was spot-on. Nothing exciting or really unusual, but comforting and enjoyable. The beet salad, on the other hand, was just about everything I could've asked for. It wasn't what I'd expected, but it definitely deserved to be eaten up... View all feedback.
I had the beef and the chicken curry. They were both great – the chicken curry was incredible. They have a lot of meat in them so prepare yourself for that.
Unbelievable surprise! Big heads up to the owners for coming up with such a great business idea. Good quality true Uzbek Somsa! Good luck to you, and please come to Kirkland area more often. Both beef and butternut squash were fantastic!
If you are near one of these trucks absolutely give it a try. The carrot and beet salads are delicious, inexpensive, simple sides. And the Samsa meat pastries are so so good. The cumin beef and chicken curry are both worth trying. Very reasonable prices as well! A great option for lunch.

They were at Bellefield office park yesterday. I tried that Beef Samsa which I really enjoyed and had a Nutella pastry which not only was beautiful, but was delightful as well. Fast service. Pricing was really good considering most food trucks that come into the park are pretty pricey.
