Man in charge has no people skills. Rude or grumpy you choose. Chips fair. Fish very nice. Not a cheap meal anymore. Won't be calling again.
Several take away, venues in close proximity. But this is the local's favourite, and justifiably so. Great fresh fried fish, and huge portion of chips, as in small is enough for 3.
Can't understand why there have been such poor reviews of this premises. Friendly staff, great service and excellent food substantial portions as well. Colleagues of mine from away have called in here and they too rate it as one of the best they know of well done!
Very nice fish and chips. The small portion is enough for two. Filled the plate up when I got the food home.
