Tired of the fixed price tourist traps in the central piazze then come here and eat well with the locals! Over the Ponte Vecchio to the 'other side ' then down Via Nazionale 200m and you 're there excellent seafood menu at sensible prices populated by people who know good fish when they eat it also nice looking pizza! What johnmxp doesn't like about Al Gambero Rosso:
Everything we had, from pasta to pizza, was quite good, the only point of note that the seafood risotto, which can only be ordered for 2 people, was rather short on the rice! In my opinion the menu could do with an expanded range of pasta dishes. Range of pizzas, on the contrary is quite varied. House white wine is acceptable though nothing to write home about. A cosy restaurant with a wide selection of dishes and drinks. The food was excellent. The waiter is extremely friendly.
We always head to Al Gambero Rosso when we’re in Bosa. Fantastic Sardinian food cooked by an expert chef. We especially love the seafood and the fresh ravioli. English speaking excellent service. Great value too!
We ended up in red shrimp on a local person's advice, looking for a restaurant with local cuisine, good quality at honest prices, after various misfortunes in other bosa premises. we were pleasantly surprised by the informal atmosphere but breathing quality, professional ways of staff but also friendly, and the quality of the dishes. we returned two consecutive nights in two tables always in the outdoor area, ventilated and well furnished with simplicity. the white of the house, delicious the appetizer of smoked fish, no less the other courses and to definitely get the myrtle done by them, with intense and aromatic notes. among the many alternatives of the country, a place where shopping is definitely better suited for the offer.
