Grand Bar Castan - Bordeaux

Very good desserts, pancakes, ice creams and drinks. I recommend the pancakes. Ice cream is as good as pancakes. They offer original fragrances such as violet ice cream and vine fishing. Great place in front of the docks.

Very complicated to order ice creams and drinks on the terrace, without the terrace being crowded. The Server seems in his world, after taking the order, he brings us the order from another table, ice cream cups without napkins and drinks. The people at the next table who arrived before us still haven't been able to order... other customers order ice creams in cones, he brings them their ice creams one by one without even a paper napkin to hold them. Considering the prices, the service is really very limited. Damage…

Great terrace not too crowded at the end of the day

Nice place to go for a beer. Excellent view and good service.

Horrible service, we waited for 45 mins without being served… we took turns to ask the staff to have our orders taken but got ignored. Finally able to get someone to our table only for the waiter to say that this is not his section…another waiter came and said the same thing. Finally the third waiter came and told us we are free to leave the restaurant if we are unhappy with their service. So we waited for almost an hour only to be told to go away… never again!
